Dear Parents and/or Guardians:

We are elated to be making final preparations to acknowledge the graduating Class of 2018! Students were provided with a detailed graduation letter on Friday, March 30, 2018. Please click here to view the senior letter or click here to watch a video overview of important senior events. 

 Graduation Information 

Place:  The Coliseum at The University of West Georgia

Date:  Thursday, May 24th  

Time:  7:00 p.m  

Seniors must arrive at the UWG Coliseum by 5:00 p.m.. Seniors who arrive late may not have the opportunity to participate in the ceremony. The original tickets will be required for entrance, and all parents and students will receive notification regarding any changes due to an unforeseen emergency.

Tickets Graduates will be given 10 tickets for family and/or friends to attend the graduation ceremony.  The tickets will be distributed to those seniors in good academic and financial standing at graduation practice on May 23rd.  In order to be admitted to the ceremony, a ticket must be presented and subsequently surrendered to the ticket taker at the door.  No ticket, no admittance.  No exit and reentry will be allowed.  Tickets will be required for everyone, including infants and children.  No exceptions will be given. 

Additional Tickets/Reseserved Seating Only “graduating seniors” may purchase an additional ticket. Seniors will be afforded with an opportunity to purchase a maximum of “4 additional tickets” on Monday, May 21st, 2018 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We have a limited supply of tickets! Tickets are sold on a first come, first serve basis. Graduating Seniors must visit the school store on May 21, 2018 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m and purchase the tickets in person. Guests will not be allowed to purchase additional tickets. Extra tickets are $10.00.
